For over 100 years, VisAbility has supported Western Australians who are blind or have low vision, with a strong focus on independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Their work spans practical, emotional and peer support, enabling people of all ages to participate fully at home, in education, in employment and in their communities.

VisAbility’s multidisciplinary approach brings together a wide range of specialist therapies, including assistive technology, occupational therapy, orientation and mobility, physiotherapy, psychology and speech pathology. Their services also extend to accessible information, library services, community programmes, and training and workshops that build confidence and capability.
