Welcome to the official 2026 Round Table Conference website. This is your central hub for everything you need to know about the 2026 Round Table on Information Access for People with Print Disabilities Conference, including registrations, exhibitors, sponsorship opportunities, program updates, accommodation and more.

On behalf of the Round Table Executive and Program Planning Committee, we look forward to welcoming you to Adelaide. The conference will bring together technologists, advocates, educators, librarians, publishers and people with lived experience, all working towards the same goal: improving access to information for people with print disabilities.

Our 2026 theme, Innovation, Collaboration and Empowerment: Gateways to Information Access, reflects our focus on practical solutions, shared learning and partnerships across sectors. Over three days, delegates will have the opportunity to hear from experts, share their own experiences and connect with others who are committed to advancing accessibility.

We encourage you to explore the website and share the conference details with colleagues, friends and others who may be interested. We look forward to connecting with you in Adelaide and building on the work of strengthening access, inclusion and community across our sector.

Conference Aims

The 2026 conference will explore how innovation and collaboration can open doors to greater independence and inclusion for people with print disabilities. Together, we’ll look at practical ways to ensure everyone has the tools, resources and opportunities they need to access information on equal terms, so that information access is not only a recognised right, but a lived reality for all.
