To assist with planning and venue arrangements, please complete this form to register your support person attending the conference.

This information helps us ensure appropriate catering, access and seating arrangements are in place. Support person registrations do not include conference materials or delegate entitlements.

Note: Support persons may attend the conference plenary sessions at no charge. If a support worker attends the conference dinner, a cost of $95.00 applies.
