Theme: Innovation, Collaboration and Empowerment: Gateways to Information Access

2026 Conference Program is available!

On behalf of the Round Table Executive and Program Planning Committee, we are thrilled to share the 2026 Conference Program. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who submitted abstracts and contributed to what is shaping up to be a strong and diverse program of presentations and workshops.

The 2026 conference will explore how innovation and collaboration can open doors to greater independence and inclusion for people with print disabilities. Together, we’ll look at practical ways to ensure everyone has the tools, resources and opportunities they need to access information on equal terms, so that information access is not only a recognised right, but a lived reality for all.

Across three full days, the program offers a mix of technical research, case studies, presentations and practical workshops on issues related to accessibility, with many opportunities for networking and socialising with key speakers, presenters and delegates.

The Australian Braille Authority (ABA) Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, and the Round Table AGM will take place on Sunday.
